Gebin Net, also called Gabion Mesh and Hexagonal Wire Mesh
Gabion, Gabion boxes, filled with rocks at the construction site to form a flexible, permeable, and overall structures, such as retaining walls, channel lining, weir, and other retaining anti-erosion works.
Gabion is divided into several cells by the interval of 1 meter from the partition wall (twisted-pair co-hexagonal metal mesh). In order to strengthen the gabion cage structure, all of the surface-side stencil edges are used wire with bigger diameter . Control and guide the river and the flood, spillway dam and the diversion dam, prevent rock collapse, prevent water and soil loss, protect bridge, solid defense project, seaside and port protect projects, retaining wall, road protection.
Gabion Boxes features:
(1) Economical. Just need to fill the cage with stones and seal it.
(2) Construction is simple, without special skills.
(3) Have a very strong capability to withstand natural damage ,corrosion resistance and adverse weather impacts.
(4) Can withstand a wide range of deformation, and does not collapse.
(5) The mud between the stones in the cage is conducive to plant production, can be fused with the surrounding natural environment as a whole.
(6) Has a good permeability, to prevent from hydrostatic damage.
(7) Save transport costs. It can be folded up and transport, assembled on site.
Uses:
(1) control and guidance of rivers and flood
(2) spillway dam and diversion dam
(3) rock collapse protection
(4) prevent water and soil loss
(5) bridge protection
(6) solid defense project
(7) beach defense project
(8) Port Project
(9) retaining wall
(10) road protection
